OBITUARY: (MIDDLEBORO)
            John M. Klefeker, aged 88 years, of Middleboro, formerly of Miami, FL, died March 14, 2007, at the Nemasket Health Care Center, after a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Nestar (Munoz) Klefeker, they had been married for 59 years. Born in Oklahoma City , OK , November 25, 1918, he was son of the late Raymond A. and Ruth (Bonham) Klefeker. He and his family moved to Miami , FL , in 1926, where his father founded the Klefeker Produce Company. He was a high school graduate of Miami High School . He entered the United States Navy, and served in WWII in the Pacific aboard an aircraft carrier for five years. He returned to FL and helped run the Klefeker Produce Company out of Miami, FL, for over 40 years and retired in 1982. He later moved to Middleboro to be near his son, John M. Klefeker Jr. He was a committed Christian, and regularly attended Calvary Church in Miami . He is survived by his wife of 59 years, three sons; John and his wife Marie Klefeker of Monument Beach, Bourne, MA, Paul Klefeker of Wheaton, IL, James and his wife Merrily Klefeker of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, one daughter; Ruth and her husband Richard Ochwat of Wheaton, IL. Beloved brother of Phillip Klefeker and Corbel Morgan of Miami, FL, Sally Jackson and Jayne Brown, both of Lakeland , FL. Grandfather of 11, several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Raymond Klefeker and Betty Klefeker. Funeral services to be held on Monday, March 19th, at 10 a.m. at the Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 40 McArthur Blvd. in Bourne. Burial will follow at the Massachusetts National Cemetery . Relatives and friends are invited to attend; visiting hours will be Sunday from 2-4 p.m. only.
