(MIDDLEBORO)
Donald Arthur Boucher, aged 61 years, lifelong resident of Middleboro,
died unexpectedly on Tues. June 28, 2011, at
Jordan
Hospital
,
Plymouth
. He was the beloved husband Gabriele (Hartmann) Boucher; they had been married
for 41 years. He was the son of the late Vincent A and Ellen (Quigley) Boucher.
Born and educated in Middleboro, Donald went on to served in the United States
Army, during the Vietnam War. He was the superintendent for the Department of
Public Works, Middleboro, for 36 years, and had retired in July of 2009. He

, Middleboro. Donald’s hobbies included gardening, boating, fishing, riding
his motorcycle, spending time with family, and his dog Bandit. Survivors include
his wife Gabriele, of 41 years, one brother; Edward “Ted” Boucher of
Middleboro, several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Visiting
hours will be held on Fri. July 1st in the Ashley Funeral Home,
35 Oak St.
Middleboro, from 5-8 pm. Funeral services will be held on Sat. July 2nd
from the Ashley Funeral Home at 9 am, followed by a Mass of Christian
Burial at
Sacred
Heart
Church

340 Centre St
Middleboro, at 10 am. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Middleboro.
